It’s easy to participate: 1) Print and complete the Order Form -gift card order form 2) Return completed form along with check payable to Ben Franklin PTA by the Order Due Date (via backpack mail or drop of in the Ben Franklin office) 3) Pick up gift cards on or after the Order Complete Date (pick up at Ben Franklin office) Gift Card Order Schedule: Order Due Date: Friday, May 17th Order Pick-up Date: Wednesday, May 22nd

with each gift card purchase participating vendors contribute a small percentage to the PTA. You buy gift cards at full face value (no additional cost) and the PTA keeps the difference to use toward programs for our children.
